guarantee is for health and genetic defects only

All the puppies sold by us are of the highest genetic quality selected carefully to your satisfaction. All the dogs offered by us come from the high-quality bloodlines.

WE guarantees that the dog/pup is free of genetic and congenital problems . (Video of each trained dog's performance OR puppies is kept for our records) if applicable.. Any other warranties expressed or implied are null and void.

all sales are final,we offer no refunds.

we offer a health guarantee,for actual documented genetic defects. buyer has 48 hours to have their pup examined by a licensed vet. AND IF FOUND TO HAVE A genetic defect you may return the pup for a credit toward another pup replacement as soon as one is available of equal value.

conditions that can occur in specific breeds exa, large breed , small breeds in general which can occur because of diet or environmental factors, exercise, to much too little, over nutrition ,under nutrition, imbalance in nutrients ,injury, durning the growth phase,which result in pano, OCD , etc and are not heredity linked ,are not considered inherited genetic disorders and are not included in the guarantee.

Should your pup be exposed and contract a viral illness or an injury, or become infested with fleas or any parasites internal or external ,this guarantee becomes NULL AND Void and we WILL NOT BE HELD responsible for the pup and no credits will be allowed. YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED AT TIME OF SALE WITH AN OFFICIAL STATE HEALTH CERTIFICATE verifying that when you took possession of your pup it was free of any internal or external parasites and was free from any disease or genetic defect at the time of exam and sale.

if your pup is found to have a heredity based {on the 48 hour exam}, defect the following applies.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy / dog and is not transferable The puppy / dog must be in good condition. You own the puppy/dog as soon as money is received. No credit will be given if the dog (male or female) has been bred, neutered, spayed or sold. IF YOU HAVE A SPAY AGREEMENT AND HAVE NOT PURCHASED A BREEDING DOG WITH CONTRACT, and you did not alter your dog as required by 6 months, this guarantee becomes null and void .The guarantee is void if registration application form has expired. Owner is responsible for transportation cost to and from seller. Guarantee is void if the dog has not been properly immunized by "PROGUARD" manufactured by Intervet. The credit for the dog will be for a dog chosen by us with a dog of equal quality and value. As soon one is available. In the event buyer either defaults in the payment of the entire purchase price or elects to cancel this agreement, all money paid pursuant hereto may be retained by seller as liquidated damages and no further action shall be maintained by either party. Warranty is replacement or credit only, no money back.

all vet costs incurred by buyer are their own responsibility.

IMPORTANT: The replacement of the pup due to bad hips/elbows is only valid if the pup is x-rayed and evaluated at the age of 1 year.

replacement only for crippling hip dysphasia of equal value pup. all ship costs and medical costs are the responsibility of buyer. no replacements on replacements.

WE offer no refunds or replacements,but will try to help you place your dog.

only if housing permits can we physically take the dog back. the health and mind of your dog is our first concern.

ALL animals are up to date on shots, worming's,heart worm medication and topical frontline against any fleas or ticks. they are totally parasite free.

Buyer has 24 -48 hours (what ever is agreed upon at time of sale) to have a full vet exam performed.

kennel is not liable for illness resulting from exposure to virus, bacteria or injury ,accident,mistreatment physical or mental,damages due to flight.,improper feeding and health care, being abused, tied out,and not having annual vet exams and required care. not applying flea control and not giving parasite control .

all credit requests must be documented by a licensed vet and confirmed to be true by kennel vet, at buyers expense

DEPOSITS

deposits are non refundable.

please make sure you are ready for a puppy, your deposit holds your pup so it cannot be sold, your deposit is your agreement to FINISH purchase of your dog.

we do not encourage aimless

also limited is more affordable for the family, where show/breeder has requirements, breeder agreements, etc.

flooding our shelters, is not an option. if you want to make an income, get a job. breeding does not make you a quick buck. it costs you many.
